Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business Days to process your order. Expect an email once your shipping label has been printed to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP - 1911 Electra Ln. Hailey, ID 83333  - Orders can be picked up most days, from 9 am - 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using multiple shipping providers . 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges and estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries].  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Timelines and carriers will vary based on shipping address. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rising Fishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@risingfishing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
